Firmhours trial and billing
Price is $4 per person on the Active roster on the charge date. There is no base fee, no minimum, no headcount cap, and no contract.
A 14-day trial starts when you save a card and the signup wizard succeeds. You are not charged today.
The first charge is the day after the trial ends. After that we charge on that same day each month. The amount is $4 times the people on the Active roster that day. Offboard someone and they drop off the next charge. We do not prorate.
Cancel before the first charge date and you pay nothing. Cancel after the first charge and you keep access through the period already billed.
Firmhours tracks hours and produces an hours file for the payroll provider you already run. We do not pay wages, withhold tax, or file anything.
